Meet Qaz, Qaz and Qaz.
I decided to remake my old concept of drawing a character as a child, and adult and an older person. It is interesting to see how people change when they age.
First we have little Qaz. He is about eight years old here. Little Qaz is a really nice and polite boy. It is just that he is really lonely. Other kids are afraid of him because he is a vampire and adults want to drive him away because he eats their pets and livestock. Being persecuted by others has made Qaz shy and insecure. All he really wants is a friend who would accept him the way he is.
Next we have the adult Qaz we all know. He is 25 years old here. Qaz had a difficult childhood and it made him somewhat a hermit. He dislikes the company of others and it isn't easy to gain his trust. Qaz was pretty feral and violent during his teens and people stayed far away from him making him feel even more lonely. After meeting Devilina he has calmed a bit and learned to be more open and friendly towards others. Qaz wants to be a good husband for Devilina and tries to be a good father figure for little Sweetpea.
And here we have Qaz when he is about 75 years old. He has succeeded in finding inner peace and acts more like a person than a monster these days. Qaz has even started wearing clothes though he just can't find shoes for those big bunny feet he has. After he and Devilina turned their haunted mansion into a haunted hotel they haven't had shortage of money either. Being a vampire Qaz has a very long life-span so he has still plenty of years left and is as healthy as ever. If he wouldn't have the shoulder injury he got in World War III and Ruin's and Mary's kids running around the house everything would be perfect.
Hope you like the pic! Now I will go to draw those commissions!
